TERMS

§ 1 The holiday home is let during stated period for stated price. 20 per cent of the rent + 1500,- skr deposit must be paid within 10 days of booking and the final payment must be paid 30 days before arrival.

§ 2 The tenant must be careful and take good care of the holiday home.


§ 3 The tenant is responsible for damage caused by tenants. If damage occurs, the tenant must contact the landlord immediately.

§ 4 The tenant may not put the holiday home at someone elses disposal.


§ 5 The holiday home must be left clean and tidy. If not I will cost 500,- skr will be draw from the deposit

 

 

$ 6 You can cancel verbally or in writing. If You cancel 30 days (or earlier) before arrival, You do not need to pay more than a service charge of 500 SEK. If You cancel later You must pay 70 per cent of the rent.
